Don't miss a small-town Christmas Tradition! Kick-off at noon, Wine Country Gardens, Hwy. 94 in Defiance, MO - parade route goes right on Defiance Road to St. Paul's U.C.C.

There's something about the smell of pine in the air, the jingling of sleigh bells, and watching a parade come down the street in small-town America.  The 6th Annual Defiance Christmas Festival will have something for everyone!  We're happy to announce our Grand Marshall -- Monica Adams of KTVI Channel 2 and (of course) Santa Claus!

Chef John's News

For our weekend guests who have come to know and love Chef John, as well as those who have attended our pairing dinners that he has prepared, you may not know that he is about to add another title to his name... that of husband!  Yes, John and Kirbie (whom you may have met at the pairing dinners) will soon be wed!

We're sure you all join us in wishing them the best as they enter into this new phase of their lives.  Can you imagine the yummy meals that Kirbie has in store for her?  After a relaxing honeymoon, Chef John will be back in our kitchen serving up the delightfully unique and healthy breakfasts you have come to love.
