Chef John Richardson and Classique Wines & Spirits Pair up a Delicious Feast
Wow... What a fun evening to kick off the holiday season! Below are pics of the fabulous cocktail pairing dinner provided by Chef John Richardson and Classique Wines & Spirits, thanks to owners Diane & Dennis Raab. Thanks, too, to Guest Chef Patrick Peterson for all of his help in pulling the dinner off. Finally, a big "hats off" to The Chef's Garden, The Fabulous Fish Company, and Dan's Country Meats (to name a few of our purveyors). These fine folks provide wonderful food.
